How do I care for my Skinz, Panties and Uniforms
Most DerbySkinz products are 80% Nylon and 20% Spandex Hand Wash in mild detergent such as Woolite. Hang to Dry. No Iron Please (If you feel compelled to use your Iron you MUST use a pressing cloth otherwise you risk ruining your garment from excessive heat).

Ordering Online
Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!
We employ a method of interaction with our customers that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure. A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank limit and your total loss cannot hold you liable for more than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a U.S. Postal Money Order (only) or a personal check. Personal checks will delay your order, we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by check, just print your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address below.

Our goal is to process all stock item orders within 24 hours of receipt. All custom made orders will be shipped upon completion or your order (shipping times will vary according to individual requirements. Buyer will be notified via email regarding their estimated shipping time frame ). Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days. Stock orders placed during non-business hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays are normally processed and shipped on the next business day except Mondays.
Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped.
If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact DerbySkinz immediately after your package arrives. All claims MUST be made within 10 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges may not be refunded. A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.
You may return any item purchased on our website either by mail or in person anytime we are in your area. Be sure to include your packing slip or invoice with any return. A refund or credit will be issued to you for the value of the item(s) including any applicable taxes in the same form as original payment (unless otherwise agreed upon). Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days, international shipping could be longer), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned itemPlease note that a restocking fee and/or return shipping charges may apply. Quantity Purchases
DerbySkinz is more than happy to offer team discounts for orders of five (5) or more Skinz of the same fabric in various sizes on a single purchase. Please understand that an order of that size, once purchased is considered complete and is automatically non-refundable. All other specific conditions related to the ordered item(s) still apply, including any and all stipulations relative to any available replacement/return policies. Please contact us with any questions you may have.
Shipping Information
Shipping charges are calculated on a real-time basis using USPS (United States Postal Service). USPS shipping charges are calculated in real time with USPS web site, using actual weight of items, shipping distance from Lemoyne, PA and the published USPS rates. All purchases shipped within the continental United States to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses are automatically shipped by USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. Delivery confirmation is not available for Military addresses.
International Orders Only
All International orders will go out United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipping will be calculated according to weight and destination and you will be notified by email about the shipping charges before the order is shipped. Please disregard any shipping information that is included in the cart details when placing your order online.
It is also very important to check with customs for your country to make sure we can send the product you are buying to you. If the package is refused or confiscated by customs we can not be responsible for the cost of the product or shipping. If the package is returned to us, you will get a credit for the product less a 25% restocking fee. Shipping fees can not be refunded
Verify Billing & Ship-To Address
Make sure to verify your shipping and billing information. If your "Bill-To" information does not match your credit card, we may place your order on hold and contact you to verify the correct address. In the event we cannot contact you, the order may remain on hold or be canceled at any given time.
Make sure to verify your "Shipping Address". If your order is shipped to a wrong address that was provided by you, the customer, then you are 100% liable for the cost of the product as well as shipping and cost of any new product shipped to you because of such errors. If the package is lost or shipped to the wrong address and it's our mistake, we will cover the costs 100%.
